Got a follow up email from our attorney in Haiti this morning. Attached was a copy of the Port-au-Prince newspaper (Le Moniteur) published March 15, 2012 that shows our girls' Presidential Dispensation is complete. Also included a copy of the actual decree with the President's and Minister of Justice's signatures.

My husband and I are also adopting 2 older children, aged 11 and 12 from Haiti, we received our presidential dispensation 2 weeks ago and I am also a nurse. I had to laugh a bit about all the similarities. I don't think ours has been printed in the Le Moniteur yet, but I am praying that it has and we just haven't heard.
