Shawna in Haiti

Shawna, my sister Mary, and fourteen other missionaries from Grace Baptist Church flew to Haiti today. They will be serving all week at the Church of the Redeemer Savanne Pistache in Port au Prince.

I dropped Shawna and Mary off at 3:45 this morning with a lot of different emotions running through my mind. I am so happy for Shawna to have this time with the girls. But I wish I was there too, serving and spending the week with Jesula and Redjina. I will miss Shawna so much this week. I am so excited my sister Mary is going. She has been my number one adoption supporter and I love her so much. I am excited for what God has planned for her this week. I am amazed by all the things God has done since last August when He first called me to Haiti.
